1. 適用範囲・運営者

本プライバシーポリシーは、城東日本語学校（経営：有限会社城東興業）が提供するモバイルアプリ「JOTO SCHOOL」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。

本アプリは、学校からのお知らせ、学校情報、動画・外部リンク、および学生生活を支援するツールを提供します。

2. 取得・保存する情報

本アプリには利用者アカウントの作成機能はなく、氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスを本アプリから直接登録することはありません。

3. プッシュ通知

通知を許可した場合、本アプリはExpoの通知サービス、ならびに端末のOSに応じてGoogleまたはAppleの通知配信サービスを利用します。プッシュトークンは通知の送信にのみ使用し、広告目的には使用しません。通知は端末の設定からいつでも無効にできます。

4. 第三者提供・外部委託

当校は、本アプリを通じて取得した個人情報を販売しません。次の場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者へ提供しません。

• 通知配信、サーバー運用など、本アプリの提供に必要な範囲でサービス提供者へ処理を委託する場合
• 利用者本人の同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく場合、または利用者・当校・第三者の権利や安全を守るために必要な場合

主なサービス提供者には、Expo（通知仲介）、GoogleまたはApple（OS通知配信）、Hostinger（サーバー・ホスティング）が含まれる場合があります。

5. 外部サイト・サービス

本アプリには、動画、SNS、学校ウェブサイトなど外部サービスへのリンクが含まれます。リンク先での情報の取扱いには、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

6. 安全管理

当校は、送信時のHTTPS暗号化、アクセス制限、認証、サーバーの監視など、取得した情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざんまたは紛失を防ぐための合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、インターネットまたは電子的保存に完全な安全性を保証する方法はありません。

7. 保存期間・削除

• 通知登録情報・既読状態: 通知機能およびお知らせ機能の提供に必要な期間保存し、不要になった情報や無効な通知トークンは削除します。
• サーバーログ: セキュリティおよび不具合調査に必要な合理的な期間保存した後、削除またはローテーションします。ただし、法令遵守、紛争対応またはセキュリティ上の正当な理由がある場合は、必要な期間保存することがあります。

本アプリには利用者アカウントがありません。サーバー上の本アプリ関連データについて、確認または削除を希望する場合は、下記窓口へご連絡ください。本人または対象端末を確認するために必要な情報をお願いする場合があります。

8. 利用者の選択と権利

利用者は、端末の設定から通知を無効にできます。また、適用法令に基づき、当校が保有する利用者情報の開示、訂正、削除または利用停止を求めることができます。ご希望の場合は、下記窓口へご連絡ください。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本アプリの機能、取扱う情報、または法令等の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせし、ページ上部の最終更新日を変更します。

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to the JOTO SCHOOL mobile application (the “App”) provided by JOTO Japanese Language School and operated by Joto Kogyo Co., Ltd.

The App provides school notices, school information, videos and external links, and tools that support student life.

2. Information we collect or store

The App does not offer user account creation and does not ask you to register your name, date of birth, postal address, telephone number, or email address in the App.

3. Push notifications

If you allow notifications, the App uses Expo’s notification service and, depending on your operating system, Google’s or Apple’s push-notification service. Push tokens are used only to deliver notifications and are not used for advertising. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

4. Service providers and disclosure

We do not sell personal information collected through the App. We disclose information only:

• to service providers when necessary to operate the App, including notification delivery and server hosting;
• with your consent; or
• when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the rights and safety of users, the school, or others.

Service providers may include Expo (notification routing), Google or Apple (operating-system notification delivery), and Hostinger (server hosting).

5. External websites and services

The App may contain links to videos, social media, the school website, and other external services. The privacy policy of the destination service applies to information handled after you open an external service.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, and server monitoring, to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No method of Internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Retention and deletion

• Notification registration and read-status data: retained while needed to provide notification and notice features. Data that is no longer needed and invalid push tokens are deleted.
• Server logs: retained for a reasonable period needed for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or rotated. We may retain relevant records longer where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security.

The App does not provide user accounts. To ask us to identify or delete App-related data stored on our server, contact us using the details below. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the person or relevant installation.

8. Your choices and rights

You can disable notifications in your device settings. Subject to applicable law, you may also ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy when App features, data practices, or applicable requirements change. If a change is important, we will provide notice on this page or in the App and update the “Last updated” date above.
